JUMPS & DROPS COURSE!

Ideal for any riders who want to build their confidence to get airborne with guidance from an experienced qualified coach. You will begin your session with a bike check and ensure your suspension is setup for you. You will then learn how to deal with getting off the ground safely and the core drop off techniques  bike. Before applying your jumping and dropping skills on the trails.

Venue: Cringle Plantation (Meeting at reservoir car park)
Date/Time: Sunday 7th November 2021 10:00am-2:30pm

Description

Our mountain bike group courses are great for riders looking for a cost effective way to learn new skills in a controlled environment. Your qualified coach will give clear step by step instructions so you can progress with a minimal risk of injury.

Group sizes are kept small to maximise the contact time with your coach and ensure the highest quality of coaching. During the course you’ll receive positive feedback on the trail so you can make adjustments to your riding style straight away!

FAQs

What do I need to wear for this session?

Wearing a helmet during the session is compulsory. Full length clothing (long sleeve jersey) and full finger gloves, knee pads and body armour are advised for off-road cycling. Please dress appropriately for the weather and riding conditions. Prepare for changable conditions!

What do I need to bring to the session?

Please bring anything you usually take with you on a ride (inner tube, pump, food, water etc.) ensure your bike is in full working order. Failure to do so may mean you can’t take part in the session.

Where will we meet?

We will meet in the reservoir car park at Cringle Plantation.
