Do you have something specific you want to improve? OR want more contact time with a coach? Our One to One sessions are perfect. We’ll choose the best location and schedule a time that best suits you!

Our children’s coaching camps are all about having FUN on a bike! Our sessions cleverly disguise the learning aspect so the children think they are just riding. The more the children enjoy riding, the more they participate. This enjoyment leads to greater confidence, which in turn leads to self-initiated participation and independent learning.
We focus on developing the core skills required in all discipline of cycling. We use games and set challenges for riders to experiment and learn at their own speed in a structured and controlled environment.
We also run discipline specific sessions to give children their first taste of the challenges that they might face when riding BMX or Mountain Bikes.

BMX is a thrilling sport! It’s exciting nature is what we try to bring out in our sessions. We cover the essential techniques required for BMX in a fun, safe and progressive environment.
We currently run summer BMX sessions at Poulsom Park during the summer months (April-September) along with Winter BMX sessions at a range of the islands BMX tracks from October-March.
Our mountain bike group courses are great for riders looking for a cost effective way to learn new skills in a controlled environment. Your coach will give clear step by step instructions so you can progress with a minimal risk of injury.
Group sizes are kept small to maximise the contact time with your coach and ensure the quality of delivery. During the course you’ll receive positive feedback on the trail so you can make adjustments to your riding style straight away!
